TC-184 is one of the sofas & living we produce in our own plant in Langfang, Hebei. The frame, the finish and the upholstery pass through our workshop rather than a subcontractor, which is why we can adjust fabric, colour, size or packaging to your brief and keep the specification consistent across a mixed container.

Can the covers be removed for cleaning?
On most designs in this range the cover is removable and can be dry-cleaned or professionally cleaned. Where the cover is fixed, we will say so in the specification, and we can also supply replacement covers made to your measurement.
What is the frame construction?
Solid wood or plywood frame, built and upholstered in our own workshop in Langfang. We do not buy finished sofas and re-brand them, which is why we can change fabric, foam density or dimensions on request.
How are sofas packed for container loading?
Carton-packed or flat-packed where the design allows, with foam protection throughout. We plan the loading against your order mix, so a mixed shipment still packs efficiently.
Do you supply fabric swatches?
Yes. We hold a library of fabric swatches, and if you need a specific fabric we can develop it against your reference. Swatch cost and lead time are quoted with the unit price.
