Office seating is bought on adjustability as much as appearance. Our models can be specified with adjustable lumbar support, height-adjustable and flip-up armrests, seat depth adjustment, and tilt mechanisms with or without lock, tension control and anti-shock. Gas-lift class and load rating, mechanism type and the height range of the seat are all stated on the order, so the chair you receive matches the specification your tender or catalogue promised.

Materials: mesh, fabric, PU, leather and base options

Backrests are available in mesh, upholstered fabric, PU or leather-look, with seat cushions in fabric, PU or leather. Bases come in nylon, steel or aluminium — a genuine differentiator in both feel and price point — with castors in hard or soft tread for carpet and hard flooring respectively. Armrests can be fixed, height-adjustable or fold-up. Because we build to your specification rather than to one house model, you choose the combination that lands at your target retail or contract price.

Testing and compliance: BIFMA X5.1, EN 1335 and REACH

We can build office seating to BIFMA X5.1 and EN 1335 requirements on request, and we state the tested configuration on the order: gas-lift class, mechanism rating, load capacity and the cycle testing applied. For European markets we also confirm REACH compliance for the materials used and can supply the documents your import file needs. If your market has a specific standard or a tender requirement, tell us at quotation stage and we will confirm what we can build to.

Lead times, packing and container loading

Office chairs are packed knockdown where the design allows, which cuts carton volume substantially and is what makes the landed cost work for most of our customers. Assembly instructions are included for the end customer, and we can supply spare parts packs for contract installations. Production timing depends on the model and the level of customisation, and we confirm a firm schedule with the quotation rather than quoting an optimistic number.

Shipping, documentation and export terms

We quote FOB Tianjin as standard and can arrange CIF or door delivery on request. Our export documentation set covers commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and, where the destination qualifies, preferential certificates such as FORM E for ASEAN markets.
