Send us a photo, a drawing, or just a dimension. We develop samples on our own lines: fabric and colour swaps, seat height and width adjustments, leg finish in black, gold, chrome or walnut, and frame changes from metal to solid wood. Logo embroidery, custom cartons and instruction sheets are all available for private-label programmes.
Built to the standards European buyers ask for
We manufacture to EN 12520 / EN 16139 for domestic and contract seating and can build to BIFMA requirements on request. Foam density, fabric abrasion (Martindale) and frame load tests are specified on the order rather than left to chance, and we send pre-shipment photos of every batch before the balance payment.

You do not need to fill a container with one chair. We mix dining chairs, dining tables, bar stools and other categories in a single 40'HQ, which is how most of our European customers start. Tell us the quantity per model and we will tell you straight whether it works.
Fabrics, finishes and how we match your swatch
Our dining chair upholstery covers velvet, boucle, linen, woven and flat-weave fabric, PU and genuine full-grain leather, with frames in welded steel or solid wood finished in black, gold, chrome, matte white or walnut. If you already work to a commercial fabric range, send the reference and we will match it; colour matching runs from a swatch photo to a physical sample card. For repeat programmes we keep your fabric and colour on file, so the second container matches the first. Abrasion and performance figures are stated on the order rather than assumed.
Foam density and seat comfort, specified per order
A dining chair that photographs well can still feel wrong after an hour of sitting. Seat foam density and firmness are specified on the order — softer and more yielding for residential dining, denser and slower-recovering for restaurants, hotels and other contract environments where the chair is in use every day. Seat height, seat depth and back rake can all be adjusted within the design, and we add felt glides or adjustable feet depending on your floor finish.
Packing, loading quantity and lead times
Dining chairs are the most container-efficient item in our range, which is why they are usually the backbone of a mixed order. Exact loading quantity depends on the model and the packing method, and we confirm the figure for your chosen design in the quotation rather than quoting a generic number. Standard production runs after sample approval, and we send pre-shipment photographs of every batch before the balance payment so you see the actual goods, not a stock image.
What to send us for a quotation
You do not need a full specification to start. A photo, a sketch, a competitor link, a single dimension or even a target retail price is enough for us to come back with options. Helpful details are the models or designs you want, quantity per model, upholstery and finish preference, any certification your market requires, target FOB price and your required delivery window. If you have no reference at all, tell us the market and price point and we will propose a range.
Shipping, documentation and export terms
We quote FOB Tianjin as standard and can arrange CIF or door delivery on request. Our export documentation set covers commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and, where the destination qualifies, preferential certificates such as FORM E for ASEAN markets. We handle booking, container loading and the full customs file through our Tianjin export office, and we keep you informed at each stage — booking confirmation, loading photos and document copies before the vessel sails.
What is your MOQ for dining chairs?
It depends on the model and how much you are customising. For mixed containers we are flexible — tell us the quantity per design and we will confirm what we can run. Fully customised OEM programmes carry a higher minimum than stock designs.
Can I change the fabric and the leg finish?
Yes. Fabric, colour, seat height, leg finish (black, gold, chrome, walnut) and frame material can all be changed. Send a reference photo or a spec sheet and we will develop a sample on our own lines.
How long does a sample take?
Stock-design samples are typically ready in 7–15 days. New OEM development with custom frames or materials takes longer; we give you a firm date before you pay for the sample.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — you are welcome. Our production base is in Hebei, a short drive from our Tianjin export office, and we can meet you at Tianjin port or Beijing airport. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walk-through of the workshop.
What is the lead time for a dining chair order?
Production time depends on the model and how much customisation is involved. We confirm a firm schedule when we quote, and we send pre-shipment photographs of each batch before the balance payment. Sample lead time is separate and shorter than bulk production.

Yes. Stock-design samples are typically ready within one to two weeks, and new OEM development with custom frames or materials takes longer. We give you a firm date and a sample cost before you commit, and the sample cost is discussed against the bulk order.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We quote FOB Tianjin as standard, with CIF or door delivery available on request. Payment terms are agreed per order and stated in the proforma invoice, typically a deposit against the order with the balance before shipment. Our Tianjin export office handles booking, loading and the full documentation file.
