Bar height and counter height, swivel or fixed
We build both counter-height (around 65 cm seat) and bar-height (around 75 cm seat) stools, with or without backs, with or without swivel, and with footrests in black, gold or chrome. Gold-base velvet stools are a consistent seller for cocktail bars and hotel lounges; backless metal and wood-seat stools suit casual dining and café counters.
Upholstery you can specify
Velvet, bouclé, PU and genuine leather, in the colour you name. We match commercial fabric ranges on request and can send swatch photos before sampling.
Built for contract use
Bar stools take more abuse than dining chairs — people perch, swivel and lean. We specify metal frame gauge, swivel mechanism rating and foam density for contract use and can build to EN 16139 requirements.
OEM / ODM on our own lines
Change the seat shape, the upholstery, the base finish or the height. Samples are developed in our own workshop, so changes move at workshop speed.

Frame, base and footrest options
Bar stool bases are welded steel in round or square tube, powder coated in chrome-effect, black, gold, brass or matte white, with fixed footrests in matching finish. Seat shells are available in upholstered, moulded or wood veneer versions, with or without a low back. We control tube gauge and the powder-coating process on our own lines, because a bar stool is a piece that gets leaned on and perched on all day, and the base is where cheap construction shows up first.
Swivel mechanisms and gas-lift options
Fixed, swivel and gas-lift adjustable versions are all in production. Swivel bases use a rated mechanism, and gas-lift stools use a lift whose class and load rating are stated on the order, so a stool for a hotel lobby bar is not built to the same specification as one for occasional domestic use. Tell us how the stool will be used and we will specify accordingly — that distinction is what keeps returns down.
Hospitality and food-and-beverage projects
Cafes, bars, restaurants and hotel food-and-beverage areas put bar stools under constant use, and they usually need upholstery that can be wiped and cleaned. For these projects we quote higher-abrasion fabric, easy-clean vinyl and, where the market requires it, fire-retardant upholstery. We can also work to the seating standard your market expects and state the specification on the order so your compliance file is straightforward.
Packing, nesting and loading quantities
Bar stools are bulky in relation to their weight, so packing method matters more than raw material cost. Where the design allows, we nest or stack the seats to cut carton volume, and legs or bases are packed to protect the finish. Exact loading quantity depends on the model, the packing method and how the stools are mixed with other items in the container — we confirm it for your specific design in the quotation.
Shipping, documentation and export terms
We quote FOB Tianjin as standard and can arrange CIF or door delivery on request. Our export documentation set covers commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and, where the destination qualifies, preferential certificates such as FORM E for ASEAN markets. Because bar stools are usually ordered alongside dining chairs or tables, we plan the loading together so the container is filled efficiently rather than part-filled with one category.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes — you are welcome. Our production base is in Hebei, a short drive from our Tianjin export office, and we can meet you at Tianjin port or Beijing airport. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walk-through of the workshop.

It depends on the model, the base finish and the level of customisation. We confirm a firm schedule with the quotation, and we send pre-shipment photographs of every batch before the balance payment.
