Our production base is 90 minutes from Beijing airport and 30 minutes from Tianjin port. No subcontractors in the critical path — cutting, welding, upholstery, spraying, assembly and packing all happen on our own floor.
The plant
Langfang Xiangyang Furniture Co., Ltd. (廊坊向扬家具有限公司) has been producing furniture since 2013. The site in Langfang, Hebei covers about 20,000 square metres with more than 100 employees, working as an integrated plant: material store, cutting, welding, upholstery, spraying, assembly and packing under one roof.
Why we keep the factory in Hebei rather than in Tianjin: land and labour costs in the Langfang furniture cluster are materially lower, and the cluster already concentrates upholstery, metalwork and finishing subcontractors within a short radius — useful for overflow work at peak season, though all critical steps stay in-house.

Quality control
Three checkpoints, not one
Raw material is checked on arrival. Work-in-progress is checked during production, not only at the end. Finished goods go through an AQL-based final inspection before packing. This matters on mixed containers, where one weak component can affect the acceptance of a whole model.
Test and certification
Where the destination market requires it, we arrange third-party testing and documentation: EN standards for seating and wood-based products, FSC certification, EUTR due-diligence documents, and fumigation / IPPC certificates for wooden packaging at export. We do not issue certificates we cannot back up.
Self-developed capability
Our in-house design team produces original designs and develops them to sample in-house. For OEM work, patterns and covers are cut to your specification, and any change of fabric, finish or size is settled directly with the workshop.

Exhibitions are the other way to meet us in person — we attend the Shanghai and Guangzhou furniture fairs each year, and you are welcome to our showroom.
