Sourcing Dining Tables & Sets from TONARA CASA
Sintered stone, marble-look, solid wood — and the bases to match
Sintered stone tops are the workhorse of our range: heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and non-porous, which is why restaurant and hotel buyers keep reordering them. We also build marble-look and genuine marble veneer tops, solid wood and wood-veneer tops, tempered glass tops and ceramic tops. Bases run from black or gold powder-coated metal to solid wood and pedestal designs, in rectangular, round, oval and extendable formats.
Table and chair sets that actually ship together
Most of our customers buy the table and the chairs in one shipment, and we build both. That lets us match finish and colour across the set and pack them in the same container — no waiting on a second supplier whose gold is a different gold.
Custom sizes for contract projects
Restaurant and hotel projects rarely want a catalogue size. We cut tops to your dimensions, adjust height for bar or counter use, and build bases to your load and stability requirements. Send the drawings and we will quote against them.
Packed for a long journey
Table tops are heavy and corners are the first thing to break. We use corner protection, foam-in-place and export-grade cartons with wooden crate options for fragile tops, and we send loading photos before the container leaves.
Mixed containers, honest MOQs
Combine dining tables with dining chairs, bar stools and other categories in one 40'HQ. Tell us the quantity per model and we will tell you straight whether it works.
Choosing the top: sintered stone, ceramic, glass or solid wood
The top drives both the look and the landed cost of a dining table, and each material suits a different market. Sintered stone (also called slab or rock slab) is non-porous, resistant to scratches and heat, and is the finish most European retail and hospitality programmes now ask for. Marble-effect ceramic gives a similar look at a lower price point. Tempered glass suits modern and compact interiors. Solid oak or walnut sits at the premium end. Tell us the target retail price and we will recommend the top that fits it.
Bases: cross, pedestal, A-frame and trestle
We build steel bases in cross, pedestal, A-frame, trestle and U-shape configurations, in round or square tube, finished by powder coating in black, matte white, gold, chrome or bespoke colours. Tube gauge, welding and the powder-coating process are controlled on our own lines, which is what keeps stability consistent from the first container to the tenth. Wooden legs and solid timber trestles are available where the design calls for a warmer look.
Table heights, seating capacity and dimension guide
Standard dining height is 75 cm, which pairs with a 45 cm seat height. Length and width are set by how many people you need to seat and how much room the chairs need to pull out: as a working rule, allow roughly 60 cm of table edge per person for comfortable dining. We produce round, oval, rectangular and square tops, fixed and extendable, from compact four-seaters for apartments to long ten-seaters for restaurants and hotel dining rooms. Send us the seating requirement and the room, and we will propose the dimensions.
Shipping, documentation and export terms
We quote FOB Tianjin as standard and can arrange CIF or door delivery on request. Our export documentation set covers commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and, where the destination qualifies, preferential certificates such as FORM E for ASEAN markets. Tables are packed knockdown with corner and edge protection and crated where the size or value requires it, and we send loading photos before the vessel sails.
Extendable and space-saving designs
Extendable tables sell well in markets where homes are compact but buyers still want to seat guests. We produce butterfly-leaf, pull-out and drop-leaf mechanisms in sintered stone, ceramic and wood finishes, with the extension leaf stored inside the table where the design allows. For smaller apartments we also build two-to-four-seater rounds and narrow rectangular tops that sit against a wall. Tell us the maximum footprint the room allows and the largest number of people who must be seated, and we will propose the mechanism that fits.
What is your MOQ for dining tables?
It depends on the top material and whether you are customising the size. Mixing models and categories in one container gives you far more flexibility than a single-SKU order — tell us your plan and we will confirm.
Can you make custom sizes for a restaurant project?
Yes. We cut tops to your dimensions and adjust base height and structure for bar, counter or standard dining use. Send drawings or a spec sheet for a quotation.
Are sintered stone tops safe for hot plates?
Sintered stone is heat-, scratch- and stain-resistant and non-porous, which is why it is widely used in restaurant and hotel dining rooms. Care instructions are supplied with every order.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — you are welcome. Our production base is in Hebei, a short drive from our Tianjin export office, and we can meet you at Tianjin port or Beijing airport. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walk-through of the workshop.
What sizes do your dining tables come in?
Round, oval, rectangular and square, fixed and extendable, from compact four-seaters to long ten-seaters. As a working rule allow about 60 cm of table edge per person. Send us the seating requirement and the room dimensions and we will propose the size.
What is the lead time for dining tables?
It depends on the top material, the base configuration and the level of customisation. We confirm a firm schedule with the quotation, and we send loading and pre-shipment photographs before the balance payment.
How are the table tops protected during shipping?
Knockdown bases with stacked, corner-protected tops in export cartons, and wooden crating for oversized or high-value pieces. Sintered stone, ceramic and glass tops get dedicated edge protection because the edge is the vulnerable part, not the face.
Can you match a chair and table finish?
Yes — that is one of the advantages of buying both from us. We coordinate the top finish, the base colour and the chair frame and upholstery in a single programme, then plan one loading scheme for the set.
Do you supply hotel and restaurant projects?
Yes. Contract and hospitality work is a normal part of our table business, from dining rooms and restaurants to hotel breakfast areas. Tell us the seating counts, the layout and the durability requirement and we will propose a specification that holds up to daily commercial use.
